I took my whole family of 9 to eat at Hibachi Grill and the food was so dried out we ate bits of what we could but could not have a decent meal. I tried to tell the waiter how unpleased I was, tried to tell the manager and I was told that I was a stupid fucking American and never to come back! I tried to take care of it quietly but the supposed managers got so rude and loud and kept disturbing all the customers, I will never return again, I was so embarrassed in front of my family, I never want to experience that again. I will be calling Wink News! I was threatened that the police will come. I never refused to pay the bill, I wanted them to realize that they served us dried out food and we couldn't eat. WTH.

Expected it to be better the last two times I've gone the food has been cold..they never refresh there foods fast enough so there's always scraps left in the plates. It's not a trouble place to eat but it could be better.

Tonight was NOT a good night... The girls and I came out for a quick bite and we wound up blowing 50 bucks on some pretty awful food! The "steak" in the pepper steak and the hibachi was more rubber than beef! The waitress had no personality at all... and MOST DISGUSTING OF ALL... THE GIRLS SAID THE JELLO WAS ***CRUNCHY***

Last time I was here it was pretty good.. This time everything is soggy, including the egg rolls., taste like they may have microwaved the leftovers from last night.. Not so impressed this time. Food was horrible. Waaaay over priced for that junk they had.

I went here at 1130 am on a Monday. Large buffet many choices lots of staff.. Staff was efficient though not overly friendly. So now the food ....this place strives to become mediocre. It fits right in to for SWFloridians as far as taste goes. Tried the sushi though some pretty not many choices . The wasabi looked like and tasted like green play- do. NOT spicy at all and no other hot sauce were offered. They had a pot roast not too shabby. Ham so-so. meatballs a little sweet. The one beef dish the meat was well done and very chewy. It a ok place. Maybe. Unless someone else pay's I will not be back.

First of all, I have an issue with dirty buffets. It's bad enough that you're going to a buffet where anyone can grab their own food (not everyone is hygienic), but going to grab your own food and then seeing smudges all over the glass, metal, and spoons? It just create multiple visuals in my mind and kind of makes me lose my appetite. Not only is the buffet itself a little dirty but the windows and doors are full of finger prints. My family and I went for lunch. So, it wasn't like we were closing the place and had given the restaurant a day to get dirty. Second, the service is not the best. The female waitress is great but one of the male waiters is not. He is very aloof and doesn't really care if people at his tables need anything. He's more interested in watching anime at the front desk than doing his job. He was very nice, don't get me wrong, but he needed to be a little more attentive to his customers. Third, the food is just okay, it's not great. I think the reason why the food is just okay is because it's sitting out all day. Which, it is a buffet, it is what it is. So, C- for the buffet :\

I just love Chinese food buffets! Very inexpensive with a great selection and many unusual foods. Unfortunately they all seem to only be good for the first 6 months. Asia, its counterpart just north was fantastic, but it suffered the same fate as the rest. First they stop putting out the more expensive items leaving the trays empty. They begin to add more and more fried food and let old food sit too long. Finally they replace the veggies with frozen and your better off eating in McDonald's. Well, im expecting canned vegetables at Habachi Grill soon and I am sad. There sushi part of their buffet are now rice rolls with canned tuna if your lucky. The snow crab tray is always empty, the habachi bar has fatty terrible beef and frozen chicken, micro shrimp and fake seafood. The fried food is taking over and all the food is from 3 days ago. Forget this one and wait for the next new one to open. Ine final not. Watch for the same food from buffet to buffet. I think a food service has a Chinese buffet line of frozen entres and it seems to be in most buffets and its NOT good.

Lot of selection but ehhh quality is poor. Customer service has been terrible both times weve tried this place. Ill pass.

It sucks. I can't imagine any other explanation. This place should be closed, and the small amount of people there should be the first clue to walk out. Save the money, go to the Orient on Del Prado.

Tons of selections, unfortunately the heat lamps dries out almost all of the items. Raw food are OK. Sushi is OK.

After a nice morning spent at the beach, my family and I were staaarving. So naturally, my uncle recommended that we head over to Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet to stuff our faces. We got there at around 3pm on a Sunday, and had no trouble getting seated. The service was friendly and on point. I'm always a little skeptical about buffets, since I've had some bad experiences before (even in Las Vegas, which is supposed to have the best buffets), so I wasn't expecting much. So you can imagine that I was pleasantly surprised when I found how tasty the food was. The selection was wide, and provided something for everyone's palettes. And all for 13 dollars? Not bad at all! If I were a local, I'd probably see this place more often.

Absolutely terrible food. Quality of service and food has dramatically dropped in the last year. Was a 4 out of 5 star experience at one time. No longer the case. Our family of 6 has had two bad experiences in the last 4 months. Will not return.

At 7 on a week night it was pretty empty. The bathroom was out of soap and paper towls. The staff was not friendly and when I asked for chop sticks the server rolled her eyes and huffed at me. The food was picked through and when I say that, there wasnt any won tons in won ton soup as well as several empty dishes that were not refilled. The hibachi cook talked on the phone while cooking my food, so he was too busy to hear my request. And they could not keep up with crab legs so I was not satisfied with my paid meal. I would never eat there again.
